Practis Forms “Tip-bits”: Customizing Completion Messages
How? It’s easy! Your Form Administrator should login to Practis Forms, select “Form Settings” from the main navigation. Click the form you wish to customize and then add your text, image(s) or embed code in the “Thank You Text” field
